Hi everyone, I summitted form 1 and 24 for Title Registry and the they asked me to make an amendment on the Title reference numbers. I have several questions and would be grateful for any feedback from you.

It says 'Under Schedule 2 of the Land Title Regulations 2005 your lodgement fees are short $192.00.' I looked up the fees under the schedule 2 but cannot work out the component fees to add up $192. Is it for re-lodging or something? If you are familiar with it, could you please advise me?

I have received the lodgement summary report but not the form 1 amd 24. Will they be sent via post later for making amendment? As instructed, the title reference need ruling through and the correct number should be printed and initialled by the parties. On the form 1, there are signatures of a justice of peace, transferor and transferees. Do I need the initial of the same JP officer or any JP officer or just the transferor and transfees?

I am thinking of avoiding $192 by doing all the procedures from scratch. Can I submit again transfer duty form (with the corrected title reference)? I got exemption (transferring between spouses). If yes, do I have to pay any fee for transfer duty this time and any fee for lodgement of it later on?
